January Part 2: The Products
We have absolutely started our 12 Rooms in 12 Months project off with a bang in the home office. Since we are starting mostly from scratch in this room, we knew this one would be a bit of a budget stretch. Seeing as how I spend a majority of my time in this room running Nested Sanctuary, we knew the investment would be worth it in the long run.
Here, I have rounded up all of the products and materials we will use to create the new look for the office space. All included images are direct product links. I will continue to update the post as design choices are finalized. In the meantime, it should give you an idea of the design direction we are taking for this room.

I hope including all of our product sourcing in one place makes it easy for you to find more information on specific items in our rooms. Items used in this space that are not included in this list were items I've had for awhile and are no longer available (antiques, lamps, rugs, etc.) When redesigning a room, I regularly "shop my house" first to repurpose or reuse items I already have in a new way. This helps keep costs down, and also cuts down on product waste / clutter. Why dig into the budget when I already own something that will work?
In my next post, I will share the process of putting our office together- The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly - it should be lots of fun!
